Our CW-SD-24-KIT acoustic speaker damping in-wall blocking kit is designed to allow the speaker installed to tailor the existing wall cavity to the correct air space for the selected speaker. Having the correct air volume behind a speaker allows the speaker to work at peak performance, this is especially critical for loudspeakers with large woofer or specifically dedicated in-wall subwoofers. In addition, the material reduces wall vibration and unwanted noise transfer. Noise damping foam creates the optimal acoustic environment.
The sound deadening material is specifically made for wall speakers and subwoofer insulation. Projects clear sound into the room while the sound damper correct cavity air volume and reduces unwanted noise transmissions.
The speaker sound deadener kit is made for 2x4 in. wall/ceiling construction with studs up to 24" on centers. The sound isolation foam speaker enclosure can be used anywhere in the home to enhance wall speaker performance. The foam sound dampening material is 100% Made in the USA. Delivers superior sound quality and incredible noise isolation compared to polyester fiberfill stuffing.
