We do NOT warranty any 3rd Party brands sold on this website, such as but not limited too Sonos, Denon, Yamaha, Legrand, Big Dog, etc., or any Terrapin brand products purchased via unauthorized retailers or 3rd party marketplaces, such as Ebay. Terrapin products sold directly from the Terrapin website as clearance or used may also not include a warranty, or may carry other specific coverage terms, as outlined at time of sale of that specific product.
A valid Proof of Purchase / Serial number is required for all warranty claims.
