All Terrapin brand products manufactured by Terrapin Outdoor & AV Solutions, purchased from authorized retailer, include a limited warranty.
Terrapin does NOT warranty any 3rd Party brands sold on this website, or any products purchased via unauthorized retailers or 3rd party marketplaces.
A valid Proof of Purchase and Service Tag (Serial) number is required for all warranty claims.

If you are unsure if you need to return the item for repair or exchange, please click the Tech Support button below and fill out our contact form for more help.
To submit a claim for Warranty Coverage repair or replacement... Click Account Portal below, login, locate the order and the item your are having trouble with. Then select Request Return for that item. Please select Damage/Defect or Other from the drop-down list as the reason, and then describe the problem in the notes. Click Submit and we will review your request and email you back as needed with more information.
